| Peche sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. It is therefore suitable for 2 families to share. It has 2 bathrooms (one of which is an en suite) and 2 double rooms as well as the 2 twin rooms. Both bathrooms have bath with shower facility, basin and toilet. Downstairs there are 2 large patio window/doors to the front - so each family can have its own key. There is a large dining room with a table suitable for 8 (although we have had 12 around it !) a large lounge area with window to the rear overlooking the open fields and a kitchen with door to the rear where your garden tables and chairs are and charcoal barbecue. The kitchen has its own fridge freezer and dishwasher and has a good sized gas oven/grill with gas hob. There is also a microwave. There are 2 small patio areas to the front with drinks table and chairs, ideal if you are feeling sociable and want to sit with a glass of wine while the children play in the garden and chat to other guests as they pass by. |

| The good sized lounge has seating for eight. It has a cool tiled floor and the ornate open tread, cast iron, spiral staircase leads up to the first floor. There is a large window looking out onto open fields. There is a patio window/door to the front. |

| The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas oven/grill, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and all basic crockery and cutlery needed for eight. There is a door to the rear of the cottage accessing the garden table and chairs. |
| The main bedroom (above) has a built in wardrobe and set of draws. There is an en suite bathroom with bath with shower attatchment, toilet, and sink. The window faces the front. |
