| In the school holidays we have a wide range of ages of children staying with us. Usually from the toddlers to around 7or 8. Occasionally we have the odd tween as well, but they are usually older siblings of younger children. If your youngest child is about 6 and you have a couple of older children as well, you may prefer our Les Vallaies property nearby. It has the swings, sandpit and garden but also has a larger pool (complete with shallow beach style entrance for paddling) and a large games room with not only table tennis but bar football too, a great place for the tweens to hang out and make new friends. For all the children we have the large garden which has plenty of space to kick a ball, the table tennis and lots board games including the classics; monopoly, scrabble and trivial pursuit, as well as the pool of course which is usually the most popular pastime. The group bbq nights are a favourite with young and old alike as the children get to stay up really late and run wild barefoot in the dark (scenes reminiscent of 'lord of the flies' !!) The children always find friends - even if no ones exactly their age, but often friendships are made, emails exchanged and tears shed when they leave. Don't be put off thinking the place is crawling with raucous children all the time though - we guarantee its not ! Its very likely that during your stay you'll get the place to yourself at some point, while the other families go off sightseeing.
