An hours drive takes you to world famous Futuroscope, just outside Poitiers, a fantastic cinema theme park which presents cutting edge technology in a futuristic setting. Crowd thrillers are the 3D simulators and the 'magic carpet' cinema which makes you feel like you are flying!
Great for all the family but best for children over about 8yrs as some shows are restricted to above certain ages. There are a few things going on for smaller children but its best appreciated by the older ones who can also stay up until 11pm for the superb laser display. |
